Responsabilities
You will become a strategic partner for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Strategy & Insights teams, to deliver aligned, insights-led approach to Revenue Growth Management.
You will define and execute the optimal pricing strategy, rooted in insights and market context
You will lead the constant evolution of customer investment strategy agenda – reviving terms, making recommendation and supporting change
You will review, update and ensure execution of our promo strategy to deliver maximum value for reckitt and our Customers
You will develop Policies, Processes and analytical insight from models and executing distributor change initiatives
You will also lead change to improve Return on Investment and Conditionality on all RGM initiatives - this activity will require contact with internal and external senior leaders, as well as supporting as needed customer meetings
And you will ensure that change measures are implemented across different areas of the P&L, where exposure risks are identified, or financial harm may occur
