Scope of the role

The role will cover all Traditional Trade /Modern Trade/Pharma Channels and KSA geographies to bring in efficiencies in Route-to-market for profitable business growth. The job holder has constant interaction with Sales, IS/MIS, Finance and HR teams internally and Distributor teams externally. The main goals of the role are: Designing and implementing critical improvements to RTM/GTM processes to gain and retain strong competitive edge in the industry Keeping the field force engaged and charged on the basis of Sales Engagement Programs

Responsabilities

Work with RSMs/ ASM/ Supervisors to define, design and implement critical improvements to current RTM/GTM processes and ensure it translates into tangible benefits and advantageous capabilities e.g. Outlet Productivities, Call Productivities, Brand Numeric. Develop best case mix of GTM and ROI efficiencies across KSA, to ensure that optimum coverage of Reckitt portfolio can be maintained Sales Engagement Programs: Build organization capability and upgrade frontline sales capability by field sales engagement programs that focus on IMS KPI overdrive Monthly Deployment meeting to deploy both initiatives and new plans with proper execution grid Study and take corrective actions on route management and outlet servicing for effective and efficient outlet coverage based on market evolution and TMS Regularly update Standard Operating Procedure of Sales & Distribution Operations to bring in harmony and uniformity across geographies Set the review processes, pull together timelines and success measures and put in place critical milestones for sustainability and review. Periodically review Reckitt coverage on all relevant outlets by benchmarking competition and brands numeric

Personal Attributes

Strong Analytical Skills, Creative and Innovative in designing & executing RTM plans Strong knowledge and understanding of Sale Fundamentals so that the same can be leverage to train field sales teams (Sales Rep/ Supervisors) Action oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated. Ability to handle pressures. Leadership and Interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers and internal teams
