About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our Revenue Growth Management team and make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth for the company. You will analyze market trends- customer behaviors- and competitive landscapes to find opportunities to increase sales- expand the customer base- and improve profitability. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams- you will develop and implement initiatives to achieve sustainable revenue growth and enhance the company\'s market position.

In brief- you will be responsible for:

• Conduct market research and produce pricing- promotion- and competitive dynamics insights.
• Analyze customer behaviors- purchase patterns- and feedback to identify areas for revenue optimization. Develop strategies to enhance customer retention- upselling- and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build out tools- processes- insights- and systems capabilities associated with pricing- promotion- and mix.
• Drive category-level RGM projects to enable long-term growth.
• Track implemented recommendations and analyze post-promotion effectiveness of pricing and trade investment.
• Co-lead the design of our innovation initiatives (e.g.- case validation- price strategy).
• Lead the drumbeat on critical commercial routines (e.g.- Innovation Review- Pricing Committee).
• Be the business partner to the Marketing team.

• Work experience of 3-5 years in a fast-paced business- ideally in the FMCG sector or start-up universe
• Proficiency in using business intelligence tools- data analytics- and CRM systems.
• Experience in revenue growth management- pricing- or related roles.
• Ownership- resilient and dedicated
• Comfort being challenged- challenging others- and stretching outside the comfort zone.
• Experience dealing with an international and cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sophisticated data and trends.
