About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our Revenue Growth Management team and make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth for the company. You will analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to find opportunities to increase sales, expand the customer base, and improve profitability. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement initiatives to achieve sustainable revenue growth and enhance the company\'s market position.

In brief, you will be responsible for:

• Conduct market research and produce pricing, promotion, and competitive dynamics insights.
• Analyze customer behaviors, purchase patterns, and feedback to identify areas for revenue optimization. Develop strategies to enhance customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build out tools, processes, insights, and systems capabilities associated with pricing, promotion, and mix.
• Drive category-level RGM projects to enable long-term growth.
• Track implemented recommendations and analyze post-promotion effectiveness of pricing and trade investment.
• Co-lead the design of our innovation initiatives (e.g., case validation, price strategy).
• Lead the drumbeat on critical commercial routines (e.g., Innovation Review, Pricing Committee).
• Be the business partner to the Marketing team.

• Work experience of 3-5 years in a fast-paced business, ideally in the FMCG sector or start-up universe
• Proficiency in using business intelligence tools, data analytics, and CRM systems.
• Experience in revenue growth management, pricing, or related roles.
• Ownership, resilient and dedicated
• Comfort being challenged, challenging others, and stretching outside the comfort zone.
• Experience dealing with an international and cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sophisticated data and trends.
