What you will do: Lead and develop a team of three. Drive efficiency & continuous improvement. Build clear dashboards on KPIs- processes- and projects using Excel- Power BI- and Tableau. In this role- SAP knowledge is crucial as a key user for OTC & LE modules. Your responsibilities include collaborating with IT leaders to brainstorm solutions- challenging current processes- and implementing changes in SAP. You will be part of the SAP implementation for new regional entities. As the business\'s success relies heavily on import-export- you are the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from the supply chain during calls related to new markets or trade lane setups. Your responsibilities will include optimizing the network- comprehending all parameters- and conducting simulations to resolve potential impacts. In the MEA market- regulations can vary from country to country. To ensure compliance- products may require repackaging at different origin points. As the responsible party- you guide a multi-functional team on how to set up and approach the repackaging project. As the person in charge of the Variable Logistics Cost- you will have direct responsibility for one of the significant budgets of the company. Ensure that the right accruals are made on logistics costs for monthly sales and that invoices from third-party logistics partners are booked on time against these accruals. Perform the annual budgeting exercise. This will involve analyzing the market to understand inflation and deflation and quantifying savings projects to meet budget expectations. As part of the cash cycle- it\'s important to supervise and report on inventory that\'s in transit to reduce DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding). Assist the Global Sea Freight team (GSF) in understanding regional requirements and preparing them for partners to bid on. Collaborate with the GSF team after tender results to select suitable partners to minimize spending and risk while working with a limited number of partners. Conduct market research on cross-border trucking and clearance in UAE & KSA to prepare for the tender- identify potential companies- and implement the tender. Ensure that the total spending on VLC resulting from these tenders aligns with budget expectations. The orders should be implemented within the expected lead time to meet revenue commitments. Additionally- you will participate in quarterly commitment cycles with commercial Finance and FP&A to ensure we deliver on our commitments using a building block approach. You will also be responsible for conducting monthly performance reviews for all logistics partners and crafting an action plan if any critical metrics are not met. You must identify practical solutions to address daily issues with logistics partners. Furthermore- you will be responsible for clearing DDP shipments in UAE & KSA and obtaining releases from respective health authorities to begin selling in the market. To keep all origins informed- you must publish weekly action plans outlining what needs to be dispatched and when. Finally- you must ensure invoicing to customers and all necessary documents are shared with them in full before the shipment arrives at its destination. What you bring:

• 8-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Supply Chain within the FMCG sector and at least two years in Logistics
• Experience in leading and developing teams
• Excel- Power BI- Tableau- and other Microsoft tools expertise
• Project management and interpretation of general market update skills
