ABOUT THE ROLE As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you play a crucial role in the financial operations of The Kraft Heinz Company in the UAE. You work closely with various departments to ensure that all expenses are accurately authorized and accounted for. Your strong relationships with vendors, ability to manage cash flow, and provision of timely and accurate financial information support overall business growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Reconcile the supplier accounts.

Carry the supplier payments on their due dates.

Able to resolve disputes with suppliers

Build a positive relationship with the suppliers.

Connect with partners in the company, such as marketing and procurement, to understand business changes and needs.

Generate reports on SAP to supervise marketing spending and budget changes.

Lead the capitalization of fixed assets.

Support on the month-end closing process

WHAT YOU BRING

BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

SAP Knowledge

Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable principles

Proficiency in English and MS Office
