POSITION SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for proactively driving marketing lead generation and qualification activities and processes to accelerate incremental revenue growth in MEA. Aside from the main role of managing marketing-generated leads and helping drive TMDM in the region, they will also be in-charge of maintaining and improving the quality of the marketing database to develop more effective and targeted TMDM activities and provide administrative marketing support when needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Management Duties (Approx. 70%)
Support sales and driving TMDM in MEA
Engage customers and prospects via phone and email to identify sales opportunities for immediate closure, funnel placement or assignment
Conduct tele-lead generation to support sales and marketing activities
Conduct lead-qualification to qualify all incoming leads using established internal processes
Assign qualified leads to channel partners and/or ISS team to respond to customer inquiries
Support bid process by researching, preparing, and obtaining bid documents
Assist with requests on pricing, shipping, availability questions, terms, and stock information
Assist in resolving customer complaints and problems
Utilize funnel management practices to progress opportunities to close
Regularly update data and opportunities on SFDC
Marketing Visibility Duties (Approx. 15%)
Support driving the visibility initiative in MEA
Populate and maintain highest standards of data accuracy and integrity in SFDC
Ensure account visibility criteria is applied to all assigned accounts
Work with the commercial team and channel partners to achieve visibility KPIs
Marketing Support Duties (Approx. 15%)
Handle various administrative and logistical tasks related to the execution of marketing activities
Coordinate and implement marketing events (trade shows, seminars, webinars, etc.) including liaising with local vendors if needed
Arrange the delivery of marketing materials to channel partners
Manage the marketing budget and handle marketing payments
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
An engineering Background with a university degree is preferred.
Up to 3 years of experience in customer service and/or sales experiences
Ability to learn and answer technical questions relating to the product
Experience in one or more of the following: Wastewater, Drinking Water, Industrial Water
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong working knowledge or willingness to learn SalesForce.com
French and Arabic Language is an additional advantage
