Job Overview
The Revenue Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring sales turnover, updating inventory systems, and supporting revenue team operations with data accuracy and system audits. This position is critical in maintaining seamless hotel performance reporting and ensuring optimal room availability through accurate data entry and control systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and process sales turnovers across hotel departments
• Maintain inventory records and ensure data integrity in sales and revenue systems
• Perform audits on systems including Sales Force Automation and Next Generation System
• Coordinate data flow across front office, sales, and revenue departments
• Support revenue managers in compiling reports and administrative tasks
• Ensure all entries comply with hotel pricing and distribution strategies
• Uphold Marriott brand standards in internal and external communications
• Respond to inquiries professionally and liaise with relevant departments as needed
• Maintain filing systems and documentation for audit readiness
• Contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement of revenue workflows

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a diploma in finance, hospitality, or business is a plus
• At least 1 year of experience in a revenue, reservations, or sales administration role preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, database entry, and hotel reservation or inventory systems
• Detail-oriented with strong data management and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to multitask under deadlines in a collaborative work environment
