Role Summary
The Talent and Culture Coordinator - Accor Dubai will support the HR team with daily administrative tasks, employee engagement activities, and compliance documentation. This role plays a key part in organizing events, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth operations within the Talent and Culture Department while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent and Culture Department in daily operations
  • Schedule appointments and manage internal and external inquiries
  • Prepare correspondence, staff notices, and employee communications
  • File and maintain employee documents and HR records
  • Track HR policies and ensure compliance with signed acknowledgments
  • Assist in planning and coordinating leadership meetings, training, and employee events
  • Handle office tasks including phones, photocopying, and supply management
  • Support internal HR projects, reporting, and follow-up on action plans
  • Assist with HR-related duties during hotel re-opening preparations
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Talent and Culture Manager
Ideal Profile
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in hospitality
  • Studying toward or holding a Human Resources qualification
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Reliable, proactive, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
