Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Retail Store Sales Supervisor

to lead the Household Division team. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, ensure premium customer experiences, and uphold operational excellence in a fast-paced, competitive UAE retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining the store operations on daily basis. Lead, train, and develop the sales team to consistently exceed store sales targets and KPIs. Deliver outstanding customer service, aligned with best practices and brand expectations. Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product displays and store layout. Maintain optimal stock levels through proactive inventory management and coordinating with supplier teams. Implement in-store promotions, coordinate with VM for creating visual merchandising standards, and seasonal campaigns effectively. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. Monitor daily operations, enforce compliance with company policies, and ensure operational efficiency. Prepare and submit comprehensive reports like staff performances and updates regularly to management as per the requirement. Experience in using POS systems and retail management software. Highly organized, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-evolving retail environment Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per REQUIREMENT.
