Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to support the daily operations of our store in the UAE. The ideal candidate will lead by example, oversee a team of sales associates, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting sales targets and maintaining store standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support store staff in daily operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, and cleanliness.

Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.

Act as a shift leader, managing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.

Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff to improve performance and service delivery.

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishments.

Ensure the store complies with all UAE labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Store Manager.

Coordinate with the head office for promotions, marketing activities, and visual merchandising updates.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or team lead role, preferably in the UAE or GCC.

Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.

Excellent communication skills in English other languages (Hindi) is a plus.

Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.

Knowledge of POS systems and stock management procedures.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Retail experience in sectors like grocery or cosmetics.

Familiarity with customer service standards in a multicultural environment.

Basic understanding of UAE consumer protection laws and labour regulations.

Working Timings:

Working in shifts including weekends and holidays.

12 Hours work (11 hours Duty + 1 hour break)

May involve standing for long periods

Weekly 1 off which will be given from Monday to Thursday

2 years of contract
