Qatar region's leading footwear retailer, is looking for an energetic and experienced
Store Supervisor
to join our dynamic team!Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance. Lead, motivate, and train sales staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Manage inventory levels, stock displays, and visual merchandising standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving store targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field. Minimum
2-3 years of retail supervisory experience
(preferably in fashion or footwear). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysInterested candidates can apply or send cv to recruitment.retail2025@gmail.com

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
