About the Role:
We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Assistant Store Supervisor
to join our dynamic team at . In this role, you'll support the Store Supervisor in managing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day store operations, including sales, visual merchandising, and stock management Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targets Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries effectively Monitor store performance and provide input on improvement opportunities Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and visual presentation Support training and development of store staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
