**What You'll Do**

• Drive overall store performance to meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage targets
• Lead and coach team members to deliver premium customer service and upsell exclusive products
• Monitor stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and retail standards execution
• Track KPIs, review category performance, and implement targeted action plans
• Ensure all promotional campaigns and visual merchandising meet brand and marketing standards
• Maintain store operational compliance with SOPs, HSE protocols, grooming policies, and mall regulations
• Engage in workforce planning, staff development, performance reviews, and in-role progression plans
• Act as the brand ambassador when resolving customer issues and building loyalty programs
• Oversee reporting, cash handling, daily reconciliations, and back-office documentation

**Ideal Profile**

• Minimum 5 years' experience in managing retail teams, preferably in the beauty and cosmetics sector
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, OPEX control, shrinkage prevention, and system-based reporting
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities
• Familiar with customer journey mapping and loyalty engagement strategies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
• Skilled in POS systems, inventory management, and promotional execution
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and highly collaborative with a team-oriented mindset
