Position Overview
The Assistant Store Manager role at Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai supports the Store Manager in delivering strong commercial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience within Lifestyle retail operations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with brand and company experience standards
• Drive consistent high levels of customer engagement and service quality across all store touchpoints
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to the Store Manager when necessary
• Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs and taking proactive actions to improve results
• Implement and manage sales promotions and brand activities, coordinating with support teams to maximize impact
• Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, handling business disruptions effectively
• Maintain compliance with company policies and operational guidelines to minimize stock loss and damage
• Coordinate with Excellence and Compliance teams to prepare and execute stock counts in line with company policy
• Support team development through coaching, performance monitoring, and daily operational leadership

Ideal Profile

• High school certificate or diploma; retail-related qualifications are an advantage
• Four to five years of experience in retail or store operations
• Strong understanding of customer service, sales targets, and store KPIs
• Excellent to fluent English communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and guide store teams
