Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service aligned with brand and company customer experience standards
• Drive consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs through effective leadership and commercial focus
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate critical issues as required
• Plan and execute sales promotions and brand activities in coordination with support teams to maximize results
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and quick resolution of operational challenges
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Implement effective loss prevention, stock control, and shrinkage reduction practices
• Coordinate with excellence and compliance teams to prepare and execute stock counts as per company policy
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement

Ideal Profile

• High school certificate or diploma
• Qualification in a retail-related field is an advantage
• Four to five years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a lifestyle or fashion environment
• Excellent to fluent English communication skills
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
