JOB TITLE: SHOWROOM SALES ASSOCIATE FEMALE - FASHION STORE

RETAIL/GALLERY

LOCATION: Dubai

1. JOB SUMMARY / SCOPE: We are looking for Showroom Sales Associate to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. Ultimately, you'll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant buying experience to our guests

RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile.

2. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Provide knowledgeable assistance and personalized product recommendations

3. Proactively approach customers to showcase products and actively contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

4. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell complementary items, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

5. Develop an in-depth understanding of the designer brand's products, including features, materials, and design details.

6. Work closely with the visual merchandising team to contribute ideas and implement displays that showcase the brand's products effectively.

7. Resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

8. Conduct regular stock checks to identify discrepancies and communicate with the management team for restocking.

9. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and contribute to the success of the showroom.

10. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values in interactions with customers.

11. Manage reservations.

3. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Sales or any field EXPERIENCE 2-3 years' experience in Retail & Sales, preference on UAE experience

LANGUAGE SKILLS English & Arabic - Compulsory SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES ? Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to Guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance. ? Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift. ? A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team. ? Passion for providing extraordinary service. ? The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. ? Flexibility to work a variety of shifts. ? Must be upbeat, outgoing, and positive. ? Must be able to assist Guests and possess great Guest relations skills. ? Ability to stand/walk and stay focused and alert for extended periods of time. ? Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
