Job Description

We are seeking ARABIC SPEAKING Female Wholesale Sales Associate who is proactive and presentable to be based at Dubai Office/Showroom. The right candidate will have prior experience in clothing sales, wholesale, or B2B lead generation, with fluency in English and in Arabic. This role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, showcasing samples to potential buyers, and collaborating on creative brand content.

Job Responsibility:

WHOLESALE/DISTRIBUTION:

Proactively research, identify, and approach potential B2B clients (retailers, online sellers, distributors, and agents). Manage end-to-end communication with B2B customers, including lead nurturing, follow-ups, and deal closures. Organize, present, and showcase samples to potential clients at the showroom. Prepare and manage client quotations, pricing discussions, and order coordination. Maintain organized client records, sales reports, and follow-up trackers. Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and shoot creative showroom videos/reels for social media and advertising. Support in creating effective product pitches, presentations, and visual merchandising for B2B clients. Provide market insights and customer feedback to improve collections and strategies.

RETAIL:

Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products Process returns and check to see if items are damaged Answer customers questions and get a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue Dispatch online orders via courier or 3rd party services from the store/warehouse

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Wholesale Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role Understanding of the retail sales process Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Basic math skills Track record of achieving sales quotas Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts High school degree

Work Experience (Preferably) in the following:

Benefits:

Visa: Employment Visa for 2 years will be Provided. All other Benefits as stated by the UAE Government will be provided.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
