Job Purpose:

To deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain brand standards through professional product knowledge, customer engagement, and store presentation. The Sales Associate will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a premium shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:1? Sales & Customer Service

Greet, engage, and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations. Achieve individual and store sales targets and conversion rates. Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new product arrivals. Handle customer concerns or complaints and escalate when necessary.

2? Product Knowledge & Brand Presentation

Maintain strong knowledge of product features, sizes, materials, fits, and styling tips. Stay updated on fashion trends, seasonal launches, and brand guidelines. Support visual merchandising team by maintaining product display standards.

3? Store Operations

Perform cash handling and POS transactions accurately. Assist with receiving, tagging, replenishing, and stockroom organization. Participate in stock counts, cycle counts, and loss prevention practices. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and store ambience as per company standards.

4? Teamwork & Company Culture

Work collaboratively with team members and support store priorities. Attend regular briefings, meetings, and product training sessions. Represent the brand professionally at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Arabic speaking

is mandatory; English speaking mandatory. Previous experience in fashion retail or customer-facing role is desirable. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused with a positive attitude. Ability to work in fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
