We are opening a new retail outlet under Best Care General Trading. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Shop Supervisor or Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Requirements:
Fluent spoken Arabic (mandatory)
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Prior experience in managing or supervising retail shops or supermarkets in the UAE
In-depth understanding of UAE retail / supermarket operations including stock management, merchandising, billing systems, staff supervision, customer service, and regulatory compliance
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the retail shop
Supervise and train sales staff
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels
Ensure excellent customer service
Handle billing systems and cash register operations
Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
Coordinate with management for promotions and sales targets
Handle any operational issues smoothly
Salary:
