Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Lead, motivate, and train staff to achieve sales and service targets.
Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes.
Implement merchandising and promotional strategies to maximize sales.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and local regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage cash flow, POS systems, and banking transactions.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of retail management experience
(liquor retail experience highly preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of stock control, sales analysis, and customer service best practices.
Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges.
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
