Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by proactively engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and visual presentation to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Provide product knowledge to customers, assisting them in making informed purchase decisions.
- Ensure compliance with in-store procedures related to pricing and ticketing to protect the company against any loss.
- Handle Point of Sale (POS) operations efficiently and resolve customer issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing, security aspects, and store management coverage.
- Participate in inventory counts, store meetings, and related functions, contributing positively to team goals.
- Maintain accurate records at the cash wrap and capture customer information for the database.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, assisting in fitting rooms, and thanking them for their purchases.
Miscellaneous Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in all store meetings and other related functions.
- Represent a positive attitude toward the merchandise, the brand, and the company.
- Assume and complete other duties as assigned by store management.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales goals and complete all assigned duties satisfactorily.
- Adhere to the designated work schedule and company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in the watch industry.
- High School diploma required (Bachelor\'s degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and build strong customer relationships.
- Confident, helpful, and polite demeanor with a good personality.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
- Strong accountability, stock replenishment, and time management skills.
