Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Provide expert advice on products, styles, and trends to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store cleanliness, display organization, and product replenishment.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate transactions and record keeping.
• Manage gift card sales and upselling opportunities during checkout.
• Handle customer issues effectively and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Train new staff in POS operations and in-store policies when required.
• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Follow in-store pricing, ticketing, and visual merchandising standards.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive selling and customer engagement.

Ideal Profile

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
• Friendly and approachable personality with attention to fashion and trends.
