Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Monitor daily sales performance metrics including leads, test drives, conversions, and closures
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning
  • Ensure consistent delivery of a premium, end-to-end customer journey across all retail touchpoints
  • Handle escalated customer issues and support complex sales negotiations
  • Oversee daily retail and pop-up operations, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, and brand-compliant visual merchandising
  • Coordinate with marketing and events teams to support product launches, activations, and campaigns
  • Manage vehicle inventory, display standards, and test-drive logistics
  • Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, providing insights to senior management
  • Collaborate closely with HR, training, product, aftersales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer handover
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum eight years of sales experience, preferably within mid-luxury automotive or retail environments
  • At least three years of proven experience leading and managing sales teams
  • Strong background in retail sales operations and customer experience management
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are an advantage
