Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Sales meetingsto review KPIs and findings analysis to Senior Management and ensure all team's KPIs are met with Objectives
Implement Route to Market Strategy
Manage Customer Coverage Base Expansion and identify opportunities based on Numeric Distribution, Weighted Distribution, and Out of Stock.
Ensure sustainment of Stock Level for the Top Weighted Customers
Recommend Sales Push Strategies that keep the company always ahead of the competition.
Identify the Development Needs of the team and coordinate relevant training and coaching sessions through thesales development team via coaching, training, and reward management
Keep all Sales Team aware of Market Dynamics & Competition Changes
Deliver an engaging work environment where every associate strives to do theirbest every day
Celebrate success with the team, and take disciplinary actions when needed
Participate in the evaluation of the Organizational Structure for the area and highlight any risk that can affect the team’s performance
Analyzing and evaluating Sales Performance and determiningGrowth & Cost Cut Opportunities
Inform Senior Management of any discrepancies or issues with Sales Team Goals and Results and Ensure Compliance to all our Internal policies and Value sets.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of Sales Experience
3 years of experience in Similar role Managerial role (Retail)
FMCG industry Experience is a Must
