Retail Merchandiser
Job Description
We are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team. : As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are displayed attractively and effectively in retail stores. Your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining and organizing product displays according to company guidelines. Implementing planograms and visual merchandising standards. Monitoring inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies. Building and maintaining positive relationships with store personnel. Placing and replenishing stock on shelves and displays. Setting up promotional displays and point-of-sale materials. Conducting store visits and reporting on store conditions. Gathering and reporting on competitor activities. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
