We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Retail Merchandiser to join our team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are well-stocked and attractively displayed in retail stores across the UAE. You will work closely with store managers to maintain optimal inventory levels, support deliveries, and enhance the visibility of our products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Store Management:
Daily Store Visits: Conduct daily visits to assigned stores to assess stock levels and product displays.
Stock Report Updates: Provide daily stock reports to store managers.
Order Follow-up: Communicate with store managers to follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Returns Management: Collect and document returns from stores as applicable, ensuring accurate processing.
Merchandising:
Display Management: Ensure products are displayed appropriately to maximize visibility and drive sales.
Merchandising at Delivery: Merchandise products during deliveries to maintain optimal display standards.
Delivery and Logistics:
Delivery Assistance: Assist with product deliveries to stores, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
Small PO Deliveries: Personally, assist in delivering small purchase orders to maintain service excellence.
Administrative and Sales Support:
Invoice Submission: Submit invoices to retailers on a weekly basis.
Quote and Proposal Preparation: Send quotes and proposals to prospective clients.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
Sales Targets: Meet monthly sales targets.
Relationship Management:
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail buyers to support long-term business growth.
Qualifications:
Must have 2+ years' experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the toys or baby care products industry.
Must be based in UAE currently.
Excellent sales, customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in using Vlookup and pivot table in an MS excel spreadsheet.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
