Retail Merchandiser
Job Description
Visit assigned retail stores on a regular schedule to merchandise products according to brand standards.
Ensure product displays are clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
Monitor and replenish inventory; report stock issues or low levels to the sales team.
Implement in-store promotions and marketing campaigns (e.g., signage, endcaps, seasonal displays).
Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to maximize product visibility and sales.
Analyze product placement, pricing, and competitor activity to provide actionable feedback.
Track and report store visits, display compliance, and sales trends using mobile reporting tools or spreadsheets.
Collaborate with sales representatives to meet territory sales goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
