Retail Leasing Manager - Fashion

We are seeking an experienced

Retail Leasing Manager

to manage and grow our fashion retail portfolio by identifying suitable locations, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with mall management and landlords.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Expansion

Identify and evaluate new Mall/retail locations for fashion stores. Negotiate lease terms, rent, and commercial conditions with landlords and mall management. Manage store openings and closures in line with business strategy. Conduct market and competitor analysis to support expansion plans.

Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with mall leasing teams and property owners. Represent the company in leasing discussions and meetings. Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and landlords.

Contract & Legal

Review lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies. Coordinate with legal and finance teams for contract finalization. Monitor lease renewals, rent escalations, and contract expiries.

Financial & Performance

Prepare financial feasibility studies for new stores. Track store rental performance and cost-to-sales ratio. Recommend actions for underperforming locations.

Reporting & Strategy

Prepare regular reports on leasing activities and portfolio status. Support senior management in retail expansion strategy.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. 5+ years of experience in retail leasing (preferably fashion or lifestyle brands). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good understanding of mall leasing structures and retail KPIs. Experience working with mall developers and property management companies. Knowledge of local retail market trends.
