Job Description

• Support with all leasing efforts.
• Conduct retail leasing activities for non-anchor tenants and tenants not belonging to large retail groups and ensure they meet the guidelines agreed with Asset Management.
• Source and connect with potential tenants (both push and pull sourcing).
• Conduct site visits to understand building condition, facilities and leasing options.
• Issue leasing proposals to potential tenants.
• Negotiate prices within range agreed with Asset Management.
• Sign contracts and handover to Administration.
• Coordinate with Legal Affairs and Finance for contracts and payments/ revenue booking.
• Coordinate with Retail Tenant Relations on transfer of tenants upon signing of lease.
• Connect with current tenants prior to lease termination and negotiate/ execute renewals in coordination with Retail Tenant Relations Staff.
• Inspect units between subsequent tenants and recommend plan of action.
• Provide Retail Leasing with feedback whether CRM system meets Leasing needs.
• Develop client database and update CRM.
• Reviews applications, gathers all necessary documents from the applicants
• Lease with Call Centre team and monitors and updates CAEMS "open" applicants, and responds to those that need to close.
• Remains knowledgeable about retail real estate markets and best practices
• Builds and manages cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or Marketing

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in Retail Leasing.

• Large and diverse network of clients.
• Business-level+ command of Arabic and English, written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: QAR10,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
