Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire staff to achieve upselling and cross-selling goals
- Train team members in customer engagement and sales techniques
- Manage daily shop operations and maintain service excellence
- Monitor KPIs and drive initiatives for continuous growth
- Ensure high standards in cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care
- Report performance insights and implement data-driven improvements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in retail or service industry supervision
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Proven sales ability and experience training others
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Fluency in English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
