Job Overview
As a Retail Auditor, you will support the continuous improvement of store operations by conducting quarterly audits across Apparel Group\'s retail outlets. You will assess compliance with operational procedures, identify risks, verify store standards, and contribute to improved retail performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Policy Compliance & SOP Adherence

• Ensure stores operate in compliance with Apparel Group's standard operating procedures
• Educate staff on policy updates and promote awareness of operational controls

Audit Execution & Store Assessment

• Conduct regular audits (quarterly or as per plan) across UAE stores
• Review operational, financial, and compliance processes in-store
• Inspect merchandising, stock handling, cash control, staff presentation, and customer service quality

Reporting & Risk Mitigation

• Document findings with evidence and submit structured audit reports to management
• Recommend process improvements and corrective actions to reduce operational risks
• Follow up on previous audit findings to ensure resolution and compliance

Employee Training & Support

• Participate in onboarding and training of store staff regarding audit processes
• Address staff inquiries and provide guidance on retail standards

Confidentiality & Integrity

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in handling sensitive company data
• Uphold ethical standards and support the organization's commitment to transparency

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in retail audits, internal audit, or compliance roles
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and audit software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to travel across UAE and work varied schedules, including weekends if required
