Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers professionally and responding promptly to inquiries.
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations, including opening, closing, and ensuring store security.
• Supervise and train new staff in Point-of-Sale (POS) procedures and handle customer issues at checkout.
• Assist in receiving, displaying, and replenishing merchandise according to brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with pricing, tagging, and promotional guidelines to prevent discrepancies.
• Support in store events such as stock counts, new store openings, and seasonal sales campaigns.
• Train and guide Sales Assistants to maintain high visual and operational standards in line with brand identity.
• Act as Duty Manager when required to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving department and store revenue goals.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or supervisory roles within fashion, lifestyle, or branded stores.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Sound understanding of store operations, merchandising, and sales techniques.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
• Team-oriented with leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others.
