Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust Trading Calendar and Trading Guidelines to establish a clear cadence for food hall trading
• Lead and build SRD capabilities to improve trading effectiveness and consistency across stores
• Coach and develop retail teams to ensure right-first-time execution and resolve trading issues efficiently
• Plan and deliver food transformation projects aligned with people, product, and process objectives
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines, adjusting plans to overcome challenges and meet targets
• Utilize market intelligence to inform strategic and tactical trading decisions
• Deliver high visual and merchandising standards for product launches on the sales floor and backstage
• Ensure stores consistently meet best-in-class retail and customer experience standards through coaching and communication
• Champion retail priorities within the Food Business Unit with a strong customer-first focus
• Guide Regional and Store Managers through transformation initiatives from concept to post-implementation review
• Ensure stores have clear trading guidelines and actionable market intelligence to maintain strong merchandising standards
