Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant's operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a proven track record in restaurant management.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service staff for smooth operations. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff. Develop team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels. Foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative work environment.

Customer Service Excellence:

Ensure exceptional customer experiences and address concerns promptly. Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and retention. Monitor and respond to customer feedback.

Financial Management:

Monitor budgets, revenue, and expenses to achieve financial targets. Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures. Assist in setting sales targets and developing marketing strategies.

Compliance and Quality Control:

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards. Conduct regular quality control checks on food and service. Enforce company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front and back-of-house functions. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting. Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
