Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality guest experiences.
Manage, train, and motivate front-of-house and service staff.
Monitor and maintain service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Handle reservations, guest complaints, and feedback professionally.
Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize restaurant profitability.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth food preparation and service.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations.
Plan and implement promotional events, menu updates, and marketing initiatives.
Maintain inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a
Restaurant Manager
or similar role in fine-dining establishments.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven track record in managing restaurant operations, budgets, and staff performance.
Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and labor regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and ensure consistent service quality
