An international French fine dining restaurant in Dubai

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining financial profitability.
Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Perform duties as assigned by senior management.
Maintain a clean and organized environment, including managing inventory and supplies, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and coordinating with the kitchen team.
Work collaboratively with other members of the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve cafe operations and profitability.
Qualifications:
38 years old and below
At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in UAE for the similar role
