Job Description
NIRI Restaurant and Bar (Mamsha, Saadiyat, Abu Dhabi ) is looking for and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the team.
Experience running shifts in a high paced restaurant environment is essential. Charm, energy and enthusiasm are a must.

What are we looking for in you?
Experience working in a similar role in a hospitality business
Ability to manage, train, motivate and inspire a team under pressure
Ability to manage staff costs and review rotas accordingly;
Experience in opening and closing procedures
A high level of written and spoken English is essential. You must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to adapt your communication style to suit a diverse range of colleagues and customers
