Your day to day Consistently provides and maintains the highest standard of staff/guest care and service. 2 Ensures that you and all reporting staff maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times. 2 Assists that designated uniforms are worn well pressed and in a good state of repair ant to ensure that name badges are worn at all times. 4 Assists Employee Relations Manager in maintaining and updating the departmental service standards manual. 5 Ensures that you and all reporting staff demonstrate the required service standards. 6 Assists Employee Relations Manager in regularly monitoring staff performance against agreed criteria. 7 Have a good knowledge of all hotel facilities and be able to answer staff/guest questions in a quick, polite and helpful manner. 8 Handles any staff/guest complaints or problems promptly and to ensure that all resolved/unresolved incidents are reported to Employee Relations Manager. 9 Ensures company, hotel and statutory rules, regulations and policies are adhered to at all times. 10 Acts on your responsibilities for health and safety at work. 11 Demonstrates a working knowledge of fire prevention and to ensuring that staff follow the hotel evacuation procedures on hearing the alarm. 12 Securities conscious with respect to guest, staff and hotel property /welfare and to report suspicious circumstances to Employee Relations Manager. 13 Ensures the departmental area is maintained in a safe, hygienic and presentable state and to report any damage to furniture, fittings and equipment to Employee Relations Manager. 14 Communicates positively with staff, colleagues and E.R.M. to ensuring effective teamwork and high morale. 15 Attends meetings and training sessions/courses that may be beneficial to you and your department. 16 Assists E.R.M. with the Orientation of new members of staff. 17 Assists your head of department roistering staff effectively. 18 Effectively supervise the departmental operation whilst on duty. 19 Handles staff grievance and disciplinary matters to the agreed hotel standard. 20 Carries out any reasonable tasks requested by the Management.



What we need from you - Minimum 2 years of experience. - Ability to work and communicate to multinational environment. - English Language is required.
