We are looking for an experienced Restaurants Supervisor to handle our restaurant located in fujairah, the restaurants cuisine is italian, so an experience in Italian restaurants is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead by example and provide guidance to our restaurant staff, ensuring exceptional service to our guests. Training & Development: Train new hires, provide continuous learning opportunities for existing staff, and oversee their performance. Operational Management: Oversee the dining area, supervise food and beverage service, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Inventory & Procurement: Assist in inventory control and ensure efficient use of resources. Order necessary supplies and manage relationships with vendors. Scheduling: Create staff schedules, ensuring adequate staffing at all times, and manage requests for time off. Compliance: Ensure the restaurant adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety guidelines. Qualifications:
Car Driving License is Big Plus
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership abilities with a focus on staff development and team building.
