Job Description
Full Job Summary: Assist the management in overseeing all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurant run smoothly. Train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints. Responsibilities
- Manage Restaurant staff\xe2\x80\x99s work schedules and proper SOP (e.i. uniform).
- Might be part of recruitment process \xe2\x80\x93 interview and trials.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Checks in on dining customers to enquire about food quality service,
- Monitor inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
- Monitor the restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
- Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Reliever to the FOH staff if needed.
- Involve in staff operational trainings
- Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor in a Arabic Restaurant outlet
- Exceptional sales & customer service skills
- Ready to join immediately..!!!
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
