Ideal candidate will help improve the overall quality of service at the Malibu Pool Deck by maintaining five star standards and continuously implementing new initiatives to improve guest service and satisfaction.
Description:
- Be responsible for delivering consistent guest satisfaction that exceeds expectations and meets required standards and lead by example.
- Supervise all employees and ensure that they receive adequate and ongoing training to perform and to improve performance on their duties.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and review feedback to continually improve processes and service.
- Appraise the performance of supervised staff and provide counsel and feedback to ensure organizational and personal development objectives are achieved. Ensure knowledge transfer to the team by conducting regular trainings.
- Ensure Malibu Pool's objectives are being met in terms of emergency response preparedness, safety and security for staff and guests.
- At least 3 years in a supervisor position or similar position at a Five Star Hotel
- Pool bar experience is an advantage
- High level of written and verbal English
