Restaurant Supervisor

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Restaurant and Cafe Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and cafe, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and our team members are working effectively. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train team members, including servers, cooks, and other staff
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared to high quality standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and cafe
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures
- Create work schedules and manage labor costs
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
- Previous experience as a restaurant or cafe supervisor or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- UAE driving license? (Preferred)
