Restaurant Supervisor
Job Description
Our Al Ain branch restaurant is currently in need of a Supervisor who will be managing two brands. - Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations. - Provide monthly and weekly sales plan and ensure sales targets achieved and KPI assigned are met. Report daily/weekly performance report to Management. - Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally. - Maintain quality control for all food served, oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards. - Staff scheduling and analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customers' experience. - Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service. - Ability to use restaurant management software. - Strong leadership skills. - Decisive and critical thinker.
