Job Summary: Looking for a Restaurant Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Supervise all front and back of the house restaurant operations
Maintain customer satisfaction through promoting excellent services as well as responding to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
Review staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer\'s experience
Supervise health code compliance and sanitation standards
Search for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
Prepare weekly, monthly as well as annual reports
Provide training to new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff as required
Any other related task as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant should hold a Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or its any related discipline
Demonstrated experience in the same field required for the right candidate
Good communication and interpersonal skills required
Must have good working knowledge of food and beverage services
Should be able to use restaurant management software
Outstanding leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to effectively lead and motivate others
Ability to provide an effective training to the staff members
