Dodo Pizza is hiring a
Shift Manager
to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety standards.If you have strong organizational and team management skills, along with experience in the food industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and monitor performance Maintain inventory levels and place food supply orders as needed Support staff in resolving operational challenges Track daily sales, costs, and revenues Coordinate with suppliers on product deliveries Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints with professionalism Identify and report maintenance or training needs

Requirements & Skills
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Shift Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry Strong understanding of restaurant operations (reservations, payments, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle complaints effectively Strong leadership and team management abilities
