Restaurant Supervisor/Manager (Casual Dining, Ras Al Khaimah)
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in restaurants or hospitality.
Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH) to ensure smooth service and quality standards.
Manage and mentor staff: scheduling, training, performance feedback, and ensuring policy adherence.
Handle supplier coordination, order placements, and monitor inventory to reduce waste and control costs.
Oversee cash handling, sales reporting, and assist with budgets and cost control.
Address customer complaints promptly and maintain high service standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Prepare and manage operational reports (sales, inventory, wastage).
Support business growth initiatives and implement best practices for efficiency.
Visa will be included.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
