Our client is looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager for a Mexican restaurant in Dubai. What will you do? Control profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions Set an example in terms of service, products, and guidance of the team that reflects the concept Co-ordinate between beverage & kitchen to ensure smooth flow of service Manage and oversee the handling of guests, recommendation of food and beverage items, taking orders, and processing and presentation of guest bills Communicate any comments, complaints, and suggestions relating to the operation to the F&B Director Ensure the proper handling of all equipment as well as its cleanliness and state of maintenance Utilize the guest feedback to improve service standards and create and maintain a guest history file Ensure that all bills have been closed off at the end of the day and ensure each cash-up is complete Conduct monthly inventory of operating supplies and equipment together with the restaurant team What are we looking for?
A degree in hospitality management or a relevant field Prior experience in lifestyle/upscale venues is a MUST Excellent communication & customer service skills Ability to lead big groups of people
