About the Role: As a Restaurant Manager / Hostess, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant while also providing exceptional hosting services to our valued clientele. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations, including overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Greet and welcome guests warmly, escorting them to their tables and providing menus. Assist in taking orders and ensure accuracy in serving food and beverages. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Train and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide exceptional service. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth flow of food preparation and timely service to guests. Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders when necessary. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate teams. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus). Filipino nationalities are preferred.
