- Lead daily front- and back-of-house operations, enforce SOPs, and uphold food, service, and cleanliness standards.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a culture of exceptional hospitality and proactive guest engagement.
- Monitor sales, control costs, manage budgets, and oversee inventory and procurement to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintain visual brand standards, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns and customer feedback.
